Campground Operations Assistant

Hidden Lake Campground & Resort is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team 2–3 days per week, year-round. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work, takes pride in maintaining beautiful properties, and enjoys helping guests create memorable experiences.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time, year-round Campground Operations Manager position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same at Hidden Lake. Duties may include:
- Assisting guests and answering questions
- Front desk and reservation support
- Cabin cleaning and laundry
- Groundskeeping and landscaping
- Mowing and trimming
- Painting and staining projects
- Light maintenance and repairs
- Property inspections
- Stocking and organizing supplies
- Helping maintain our campground, cabins, and private lake amenities
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for more than just a worker — someone who wants to grow into a leadership role, take ownership of their work, and help shape the future of Hidden Lake. We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a strong work ethic
- Can work independently
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Is friendly and professional with guests
- Takes initiative and solves problems
- Has experience with maintenance, landscaping, hospitality, construction, or similar fields
Schedule
- Part-time
- Typically 2–3 days per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Additional hours available during busy periods
Future Opportunity
The right candidate may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time, year-round Operations Manager position with increased responsibility, leadership opportunities, paid vacation, performance bonuses, and optional on-site living accommodations.
Compensation
Starting pay dependent on experience.

- Guest Services & Grounds / Maintenance — Filled for 2026. A work-camper couple role combining guest services and housekeeping support with groundskeeping and light maintenance. Full hook-up site included.
- Housekeeping — Filled for 2026. Seasonal housekeeping keeping cabins, the shower house, and laundry room guest-ready. Full hook-up site included.
